Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on May 26 1978 at Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is a well-known actress by her roles in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime by March 2020. Her current role is analyst responsible for the Assassination Witness project as well as part of the G-TOC's inter-governmental engagement group. Her research at the GI-TOC focus on assassinations, disappearances and various forms of violence, particularly in the context of illicit markets. Her interests in research also include the influence of organized crime in relation to human rights, as well as legal and political. Ana Paula holds an LL.M with a laude cumulus in International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She holds acquired an LL.M. qualification on Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate from her school at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a magnacum laude degree from the Department of Legal as well as Social Sciences. Her professional experience has included four years of practicing with a firm specializing in the area of public law litigation. Her previous experience includes has worked for non-governmental organisations with headquarters within Rio de Janeiro as well as Geneva.
